GSCHWEITL.COM Consulting and Communication was founded by Sven Gschweitl in 2015.
The portfolio of services includes international consulting, business analysis, project management and startup coaching in the ICT, Telecom and Technology sector. The focus is on advising Top-Level Executives in the areas of digitization, strategy, policies, regulation, innovation and communication.
Sven Gschweitl holds a Master degree in law from the University of Vienna as well as a Master degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota, USA and Vienna. During his career, he was in different management positions in the field of telecom regulation, ICT strategy development business and project management.
His legal background in combination with his technical and economical knowledge and experience gives him the possibility to analyze issues from a holistic point of view. His affinity for IT and technical issues and his curiosity for new developments drives him to expand his expertise continuously.
Coming from a regulatory background with broad experience on the European level and the Middle East completes his profile.
As a senior Expert in the ICT, Telecom and Technology sector I advise Top-Level Executives in the areas of digitization, strategy, policies, regulation, innovation and communication. Both, at private sector organizations like telecom operators and at public administration or national ICT/telecom regulators.
Projects range from the implementation of the regulatory EU-telecom framework in European countries as well as in the middle east, operationalization of national ICT strategies, spectrum issues and auctions to advisory services for international Over the Top Player (OTTs) and operators.
Together we analyze the structure and the dynamics of your company or unit to find business needs and define solutions to your challanges. The focus is to identify improvement potentials, derive recommendations and implement concrete projects to achieve your goals.
After the evaluation of your business systems and the identification of actions for improvement, we determine the current status of the market and discuss potential ideas – accompanied by a sound risk analysis.

As a certified project manager, I provide Project and Process Management consulting from the analysis and development of corporate standards, the review, set-up and supervision/controlling of projects to the establishment of Project Management Offices (PMOs) in organizations and the consulting of permanent and temporary organizations. From classic project management approaches to agile methods.
The interim management of projects is an option as well as a long-term collaboration on projects, programs and organization development. Both, with a strong focus on project management and/or business analysis.
